Illoai's hit boxes?(images/gif)

I dont know if that is intentional but i was behind her when that hit ...i was on her right when she started the animation but was well behind her for the back 2/3 of it... does it have a hitbox that surrounds her along with the obvious tentacle box?

EDIT: the tentacle next to me didnt hit me either( well it at least didn't show an animation)
