Visual bug for Koi Nami chroma

There is a visual bug on the level up skills buttons for Koi Nami Chroma red/white colouring.

the buttons and the boarders to make them shiny are offset slightly so they look all wrong

Also when the level up buttons are up the little boxes that denote passive get bumped up to the middle of the screen. this happened with another champion (I think it was winter skin) once but I forgot to post, also it went away after I leveled my first skill but this time each time I had skills to level up the passive jumped up to the middle of the screen.
