New client not alerting me when I get notification for game while im in que

It pops the client back up infront of everything, then there is no "confirm" bar or anything to let me do any action.

Then, it said I was still in que fjor 25 seconds when I wasn't as it just dropped me out of it because I didn't accept the non-existant accept button. Couldn't leave que.

This is a problem because I have to restart my client.
