Not getting Worlds Tokens on victories

I'm not getting my 12 Worlds tokens on each victory like I should, Also, my Worlds First Win quest keeps resetting in the client and claiming it's giving me the 18 every single game I win, even though I'm getting 0 instead of 12 or 30. Fix it Riot, pretty lame that your event isn't even working.
