Client says i'm in a game when i'm not

I made a post in help and support. No answer. It has to be a bug though. I was in champ select everyone picked their champions. Counter got to 0 to start the match and we were all still in champ select. after about 5-10 minutes some of us including me left. Now since I cannot start another match. I attempted to enter the practice tool and it tells me i cannot because i'm already in a game. I am not in a game. I've gone to check my op.gg and it doesn't show me in a live game. There is no reconnect button. Any help would very much be appreciated.
