PROJECT: Skin Bugs

So, I have noticed a trend playing against all the new project skins. I think its a bug because I can not find anything about it elsewhere. While attacking or not attacking the new poject skins, the seem to periodicly "vanish" for about 1-2 seconds then re-appear somewhere else, or sometimes not at all. Has anyone else noticed this problem?
