Kennen broken!!! DON'T BUY HIS BLOOD MOON SKIN YET. Kennen ult not always going off.

Sometimes when clicking R to use kennen's ult, it doesn't always go off.

I think it has to do with Kennen's E interaction. It usually seems that if I try to use my ultimate right after getting out of e, my ultimate then becomes disabled. I'm not sure for how long it becomes disabled because everytime that this happened, I died within a few seconds (I needed my ult to kill or escape in that situation). This happened to me three times in one game.

The first time it happened in my game was at level 6. I had my ultimate leveled up and ran into a group of low hp enemies but while clicking R, my ultimate did not go off. I even double checked if I was clicking R while I was trying to use my ultimate because it was taking so long. I was spamming my at that point.

Once I died and spawned, I clicked R to see If I needed to relog but my ultimate worked.

PLEASE FIX THIS BEFORE YOU RELEASE BLOOD MOON KENNEN T_T

This was very embarrassing. The enemy team and my team started laughing in chat and saying "wtf" because I looked like a retard not being able to use my ult T_T
