[CLIENT] [CRASH]SERIOUS! chat system error and game stall

more than 80% of the time my chat system won't work so i'll have to log back in, 60%+ of the time i can't login. Every ranked game i queue up for freezes at load in screen(right after champ select) so i have to try to kill the page so it will let me in(and i don't know if this is marking on leaver buster), AND then it might crash! Guys i know computer programs are hard and theres lots of variables but PLEASE help with this OR atleast give us a post about it whether or not this is triggering leaver buster.
