New Leblancs chain extends to...a lot

So whenever a target has sigil of malice, and leblanc dashes in and casts ethereal chains, blinks back out, the chain will stay on the target for a LOOONG TIME and has infinite range. So basically just do this and expect to be connected to your target for a while, although it will disappear.
