The game just kicked me out of champion select as soon as it let me pick my champion and had 40secs

In champion select, as soon as it was my turn to pick a champion I got kicked out as if I didn't pick a champion. I had the full 40 seconds left to pick a champion. Got kicked out, then it said I didn't pick a champion? The game tells me I have 40 seconds but really only gave me about half a second to pick a champion. Now I lose 3 LP and 6 minutes, which could have been up to 10 LP and 30 minutes for no reason at all. Pls fix.

This just happened to me in one of my promo matches, I had 15 seconds left to pick and was talking about what to take with my team when it suddenly boots me out and gives me a loss. wtf riot, its hard enough to climb without bugs in the lobby losing games for me.
