Can't Connect To League?

I attempted to log on to League today and when I got to the Log-In screen, I typed my log-in information as normal. It authenticated successfully and displayed the message "Logging In..." Problem is, it just infinitely keeps loading and doesn't pop up with an Error Message.

What's going on? My friend on Skype told me that he's been having the same problem. Is it server-side? Answers appreciated.

If all else fails, I'll have to Repair, but it was working yesterday.
