Mastery emote not functioning
Not even the "not enough points" message on champs you don't play.
It's almost like the emote never existed, except the hotkey is still in the options menu.

I am having this issue as well.
Over 130k points with 
and I couldn't show it 
Tried this in a custom game with a friend. Same thing. Can't use it, options show it's still bound to a key, tried changing that binding, and still didn't work. For the record, it showed that the binding was successfully changed, but it just didn't do anything when I pressed it. Rito pls.
