Aatrox and Sated Devourer interactions messed up

When Aatrox gets sated devourer his w Blood Thirst is not healing him every 2 hits as it should be. Blood Price works fine with sated but Blood Thirst doesn't.

Sometime it heals every 2 hits and other times devourer seems to forget its sated.
