Please don't delete, I seriously would like feedback or help, serious bug.

It occurs to me that this problem may seem petty, however my patience has been tested too long. A while back (maybe two months or so) I entered a game in solo que. After the standard five minute wait, I picked my champ first (Graves Jungle) under the guise that we would have a tank top lane, and mage mid lane. However after our top lane's champ got picked, they changed to Quinn. Shortly following the mid lane switched to Teemo. Having had band experiences with quad-marksman team comps, I dodged the que.

Anyway, so after I dodged the que I graciously accepted my five minute timer. After which I started another que. After another five minutes of waiting, I decided dynamic que wasn't worth the wait, and went to start an ARAM que. I was immediately prompted with a message informing me that I was being penalized again, 15 minutes... for the same dodge... So again I accepted this, not SO, graciously, and then started another dynamic que. (Assuming it must be a bug with ARAM) After waiting almost ten minutes in this que (5+5+5+15+10=40 Minutes total) I gave up once again on dynamic que, and decided to do a bot game. (Since this whole time I was aiming to get my first win.) And, YET AGAIN, was prompted, telling me that I had another 15 minute penalty. FOR THE SAME DODGE. For a grand total of just under an hour I waited, for absolutely nothing. Only to log off.

Today I started an ARAM with a buddy, the client crashed and I got faced with a 30 minute wait timer.

In summery, the wait time needs some serious looking over, and some SERIOUS bug extermination.
