[GAMEPLAY] No champion names in any of the hunter runes

This has been the case since patch 9.17 at least, but whenever you check any of the hunter runes, all the names are "@PlayerName[some number]@", and it's really hard to know which enemy you have not killed yet because I haven't even found a way to figure out which champion is which by looking at the numbers.
