Thunderlord's Decree not proccing all game

Disregard this if you're already aware but it does have a cooldown.

Just played a game where no one in the game's Thunderlord's Decree proced the entire game. Made for a very unfair game.

Alright I tested it, you are actually right. Sometimes it just doesn't work. Nothing changed from my side.

I'd reported this bug on the PBE but it doesn't seem like it was fixed in time for the patch. Sometimes the Thunderlord's Decree mastery will be "disabled" (effectively) without any way to get it back. Reconnecting, repairing, and reinstalling all don't work.

It shouldn't happen every game, but it does happen some games. The most common champion I've experienced this with is LeBlanc. But it also seems to happen on others.

When this bug happens, the mastery can still be working for others, it is specific to you when it happens. Though I did see one case where two people in the same game had this issue.

had the same problem. Just tried support janna with it, never went off once the entire game. Edit: Tried again in a custom, would not work on janna at all there either. Tried it on Lux and Ahri, and it worked on both of them. I don't think Deathtouch works correctly on janna either.

I noticed this, but sweet damn it proced for me the moment i needed it XD Parrley followed a kat who then Shunpo'd to her very low 2 allies.

PLS FIX THIS RIOT ATLEAST ACKNOWLEDGE IT

Adding a buff icon for when it's active would save a lot of false positives.

But yeah I had a game where it never proced and I'm sure of it because I went full combo on a single guy multiple times.
