[Gamebreaking bug] Champion can't move, cast abilities, or chat every few seconds.

I was just playing a game (where i was literally dominating) and then this started happening every 5 seconds. I would be playing like normal, then after 5 seconds, my champion would stop moving and wouldn't follow any commands. I couldn't cast spells, i couldn't do anything. I would see the click command (the green arrows) but i would not move. I had no attempting to reconnect message, my ping was a steady 100 it never spiked, and everyone else would be playing like normal. I just went into a custom and it was like this too.
