False 5 minute AFK/dodge penalty over and over

I'm having a problem where I'm inviting a friend to play with me on Summoner's Rift, not ranked, and she constantly has a 5 minute AFK/dodge penalty after never leaving games. After 3 consecutive 5 minute timers, we played a game perfectly fine, tried to play again, and she had another 5 minute AFK/dodge penalty. She hasn't been leaving games or dodging queue's. It may be a repetition from previous queue's or something, but it's definitely a pretty big obstacle when she's constantly on a 5 minute ban
