Profile background - Won't change
It won't change. No matter what skin I click or even restore default.

Same here.
You can change it manually in controls from the main client screen, but then it'll never change ever unless you tell it to.
Else, it does seem to lag a bit behind whatever you've been playing most recently.
Or maybe you mean even when you do try to manually change it.
