Decline ready check bug

??? I really don't even know what could have caused it but I was queued to play ARAM and the ready check appeared for less than a second, sound effects and all, and disappeared as quickly as it came saying I declined when my mouse wasn't on the accept or decline buttons nor did I click anything at all since it pops up when there's a game ready.
