[GAMEPLAY] Sentinel and Control Ward interaction

If Kalista sends out a Sentinel and it passes a control ward, the Sentinel gets the "no vision" debuff over its head, which shouldn't happen. But, since it's a moving target, the debuff stays in the place where it spotted the Sentinel.

1. Have an enemy place a control ward.
2. Send a Sentinel past the ward.
