[New Client] Champion Select Bugs

Hello,

Over the last few days I frequently am having this problem where when in champion select none of the champions appear (thus forcing a dodge because I am unable to select anything).

Two other problems that have been occurring are that sometimes the runes don't appear in the rune section (there's a box there, but nothing in it, and it wont let me scroll up or down). When this happens it also sometimes makes all the ward choices disappear as well. Lastly, the countdown timer sometimes goes to 0 even after I've picked, hangs, then tells me I've disconnected and dodged the game.

At this point I've been hit with two 20 minute leaver penalties from the new client malfunctioning so I'm going back to the legacy client until this is fixed, but wanted to report it so the technical designers/software engineers are aware.

I've changed nothing on my end for the last few months so it's not my computer/connection/new hardware or software.
