Mordekaiser tower bug

Okay, so I was playing Mordekaiser the other day in a Custom Bot game, it was my daughter, and myself, I was playing Mordekaiser. Well, I was pretty fed, like ridiculously fed, since it was myself, my friend, and 3 bots, vs 5 other bots.

About 2/3 through the game, I tower dove Warwick under the Mid Inhib tower, who was at about 1/4 health. I was full health, full Mord Shield, and I wish I had gotten a screen shot, but sadly, I couldn't get it in time.

But the inhib tower, shredded my full health/shield Mord nearly instantly. It was so fast the Warwick didnt even get an assist. I was executed by the tower, and the damage history showed the tower doing over 2800 dmg in less than 5 seconds, that's over 560 DPS, on a tower that's supposed to "ramp up".

It only happened once that game, all the other tower dives seemed to work just fine, has anyone else had an instance where the tower did more/insane damage in such a short time?
