Rengar Sheen Bug

This bug/video was shared Months ago (although the bug itself existed long before that) and has yet to be addressed. With the current PBE changes (Statikk Shiv and Firecannon no longer stacking) I immediately thought to myself "Guess I'll be switching to Trinity Force" only to find that this bug STILL exists. I understand that Rengar is a frustrating champion to play against and fixing this bug will only buff him, but it's a bug nonetheless and needs to be fixed.

Note: This bug exists with All Sheen items, not just Trinity Force. Also note that Empowered Q doesn't receive the bonus damage of Sheen, regardless of whether or not it's the spell that charges the proc.

Savagery and Empowered Savagery are self-buff on-hit effect abilities. The triggering attack will apply other on-hit effects and can critically strike as normal.

I don't think you understand what's happening in this video. The way Sheen works is when you activate an ability, your next auto attack within the next few seconds deals bonus damage. For Rengar, if the ability used proc Sheen is Savagery -- the damage is applied normally. If Any Other Spell is used to proc Sheen (like Battle Roar, Bola Strike, or even Thrill of the Hunt) and then you use Savagery After the sheen has been proc'd, your next auto attack Does Not receive the bonus damage from Sheen.

This is clearly a bug and needs to be fixed.

you are totally right. as for the spell before q it seems like the sheen effekt is overwriten by the effect of the q. it is kind of frustrating to see that an item is not working as it should. i hope this will get fixed
