[Critical] The "new" client lags way too much

In blinds i'm starting to become a support main because i can't write my lane in time. This didn't happen with the old client I don't have enough time to save my runes. Even if i change them i press save but everything freezes and i'm left with tanky runes on an assassin. This didn't happen with the old client. In drafts/rankeds i can't choose my champ because everything freezes, and my teamates can ban it. This didn't happen with the old client. I can't ban champs because everything freezes. This really makes me quit. I want to do rankeds, but i can't because the game always kicks me for not choosing a champ/ban which makes me wait AND LOSE LP. All i can do is play blinds but i cannot choose runes over there. What other thing is left to do? I can't buy a new pc, this is all i have. Everything was fine with the old client. This just ruins everything... Since this is a "new" client, i was hoping you developed the technology and made it faster, but you can see above what really happens. I reported everything on the pbe while you were doing this stuff with logs and everything and stuff freezes like before..
