[CRASH] "We've detected issues with your installation..."

I just got a leaver/remake and -19 LP to my Solo Queue after the client randomly had a bugsplat and then instantly claimed my installation needed to be repaired. 4k MB later (only about 5 minutes, though) I'm about to connect and get another popup message that the game no longer exists. I thought the whole thing may have been a huge bug (games have disappeared before) but then the Remake (Leaver) screen came up...

I've never had to 'repair' my client before in the 5 years I've played. And this is a brand-new machine with a constant 60fps and 42ms. I've never even received any of the supposed lag claims that are supposed to be more frequent this year. This is just ridiculous. Is this a common thing at all? How many more leavers will I receive through no fault of my own?
