Game Crashing a lot while in game? (I have a MAC)

So this just started happening recently, sometimes I will completely disconnect from a game for no apparent reason right in the middle of the game. Sometimes I've disconnected right as I engage in a fight which is just extremely unfortunate lol. I was just wondering if anyone else is having game crash difficulties maybe on a Mac? It is not an internet problem, my internet is great. I think it is strictly a League of Legends/Riot problem. It just tells me I've been disconnected and I have to load the match back up. Usually takes like 1-2 minutes out of my time. Any tips to help resolve this would be great, thanks!

This has been happening to me too, waiting on Riot to fix this. Support told me it was my internets problem even though it happens to me at school, home, and at friends houses on completely separate networks.

Macs =backseat

if you want something that doesn't break in video games all the time get a PC with windows

same problem here, sometimes crash few times in a row. for no reason. specially get tilted when it crashed 2 times in a row in the middle of the fight in the ranked. 2 free kill for the adc+ free farm. was tilted af

This has also been happening to me. I noticed it happened after updating to High sierra. Could be the cause, but still. Here’s what I’ve done:

Reinstalled league. Reset router and modem. Played a multitude other online games, could not replicate.

Restored and reformatted drive on Mac. Set up as new, installed clean version of League. Issue persists.

So yeah. I mean... it’s definitely the client having an issue. Not sure if it’s just not running well on High Sierra or if there is a different bug, but it’s the only game that does that for me. Super frustrating.

I have been having this same issue. It seems to happen only at the beginning of the game. Most of the time when I’m engaging. However, it has happened right at the start when we first spawn. Anyone have any updates on this?

Ive had the same issue, so annoying, I also completely wiped my Mac and redownloaded just league and the problem is still there. Riot pls help

Same exact fucking issue, every fucking single fucking game, how I am suppose to enjoy the game when I dc, I come back 2-3 mins later? I play mainly jungle in low elo, I have some kind of a chance to catch up, but if I play in a lane? I come 3 levels behind with a 40 cs difference and what am I suppose to do? I start catching up and I dc again... MY INTERNET IS 1000000000% NOT THE PROBLEM, every single other game, youtube, website, browser works perfectly fine. I re-installed the game not once, multiple times.. and it doesn't happen every game every like 3-4 games I might not dc in 1, but the rest I dc at completely random times, usually in the worst possible moment, and sometimes I don't even feel like reconnecting after the 3rd dc in a game, but I don't and I get punished for it? This is so sad. Fix this problem, please give it some attention, reply to us, I beg you. Btw, I have a PC running WINDOWS, so it's not a Mac problem apparently. I'm also on EU, and I do not dc during champ select or anything like that. Only time I dc is during games, if I'm not doing anything or I'm in champ select I won't dc, but I dc all the time in-game.
