Last Chapter Bug, can't buy Luden's Echo.

In short: after I bought Last Chapter and Blasting Wand I wasn't able to buy Luden's Echo despite having over 2000. Shop indicated I can purchase but in reality option "BUY" was disabled. Instead I was able to buy 2nd ROA with Last Chapter and Blasting Wand. I checked the reasons behind (selling and canceling items) and notice that Last Chapter was "viewed" by shop as if it was Catalyst of Aeons. Not sure what triggered this bug as I always go for the same build order on my OTP Zilean (verysalt, EUWEST). Haven't experienced this bug prior.

I just had this happen in a game as well. No idea what caused it either, I was playing support Teemo. Another thing I noticed was that before I had enough gold to buy Luden's, despite having the prerequisite items the price of the final item was listed too high (I can't remember by how much) but I shrugged it off and left the shop. When I came back later to purchase Luden's the price was listed correctly but the item itself was greyed out and unclickable.
