IP Bug

So everytime i go to buy a new champ it tells me i dont have enough. Currently i have 1487 and i cant purchase rammus, who is a 1350 ip champ. Does anyone else have this issue ?

if its on the beta client, there is a bug where the launcher says you have more ip then you actually have usually about 200-300 more
