[GAMEPLAY] Lux Invisible Lucent Singularity

Type of Bug: Gameplay Summary of the Bug: In one game against an enemy Lux, her Lucent Singularity particle was completely missing. When she casted E, she would wave her hand but no ball of light would shoot forth - however, ability remains completely functional. Other parts of the ability, including the red circle and the flash upon reactivation can be seen. When inside the circle, the "Slowed" text does not appear, but character appears to be slowed and warped by an invisible sphere of light. Reproduction Steps: Play as Lux? Reproduction Rate: Lux had no issues viewing the particle, but our bot lane duo was unable to see it at all. I didn't check with any of the other players.
