[GAMEPLAY] Feral Flare Stacks (AKA 29 OP)

Upon completely stacking Feral Flare at 30 stacks, instead of reverting to 0 and triggering Feral's secondary effect, Feral Flare stacks stay at 29 and still trigger Feral's Secondary effect. Basically, stacks never reset and Feral Flare becomes in essence stacked to 59.

This goes away after 1 more stack, but during that one stack...
