[GAMEPLAY] Ziggs Ult Issues

Type of Bug: Gameplay Summary of the Bug: Whenever Ziggs ults and dies before the ult lands, the icon for the ult will remain as if Ziggs had not casted the ult. Upon reviving, the ult remains selectable and clicking it will give the skillshot indicator. However, cooldown still remains in effect and attempts to cast the ult, even with the skillshot indicator, do not work (until ult is back up). Reproduction Steps: Cast ult as Ziggs and die before ult lands. Reproduction Rate: In one game, I managed to recreate situation three times. Server: The server which you found this issue - NA
