garens villain aquisition is bugged

garen doesnt register who the villain is very effectively. ive had multiple games where the first person on my team to get a kill doesnt get marked. ive had many times where person A gets a kill, then person B gets a kill, then person C gets a kill, and garen registers person A as the villain. ive had games where when the villain dies they are still marked (its supposed to go away after the villain dies)
