Possible issue with Spirit Fire Brand

I have tested this in custom matches. I tested different champions with and without skins, then I tested Brand with Spirit Fire skin and no skin. This ONLY happens when I use Spirit Fire Brand.

Occasionally throughout the game, Brand will randomly stop moving and refuse to follow movement commands. This isn't an issue with latency or general lag as the game continues on fine with no skips or any lag whatsoever. Brand will just stand there for a good 2 seconds or so and auto-attack anything that comes close to him before finally following movement commands.
