[Client] Front Page Wont Load and Store Does Not Work

When I log into League of Legends, the client is all messed up. The front page says "Sorry we're unable to load this content right now" with a retry button. Then, when I go to the store I get a security alert that says "Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is unavailable. Do you wish to proceed?" It happens each time I log in I did this three times. I restarted my computer before logging in the third time.

The home page problem I've faced before and it usually went away after a while, but it's been happening ever sine you switched to the worlds front page. It's possible it's always accompanied by the store bug, since I haven't gone to the store in a while.
