Kalista Black spear
The black spear on kalista when used just goes on cooldown and you try to do it again it does same thing i sold it and bought it back still doesnt work

AJ Vulpes1/11/2015, 2:36:18 AMif you are trying to rebind a champion, it doesn't work. i have no idea why they have the black spear in the shop, or rather why you can technically "buy" another one
