The black spear on kalista when used just goes on cooldown and you try to do it again it does same thing i sold it and bought it back still doesnt work

if you are trying to rebind a champion, it doesn't work. i have no idea why they have the black spear in the shop, or rather why you can technically "buy" another one

You can't really rebind with another champ, so if your support goes AFK your ult is basically useless.
