Heimer's ulted turret is being affected by all kinds of cc, Yasuo's whirlwind, Malphite Ult, Sion E, etc. despite tooltip saying immune to all disables. I'm pretty sure being knocked up is a disable. To reproduce just try to cc an ulted turret and see what happens.
I believe the thing that differentiates knockups from stuns is that they ignore tenacity and other effects like that but stuns don't. Therefore, if this is correct, Yasuo's Q and Malphite's ult should work on an ult-turret. Also, a displacement is not a disable, so Sion's E or Vi's Q should still move a turret.
Then Riot should change the tooltip to say they can be affected by knock ups. and once again everyone downvotes everything I say because they have no lives except to live on boards and ruin other people's self-esteem. Rito please remove up vote and downvote.
