Ezreal's Q and W not making sound when hitting enemies not in fog of war

Listen and you won't hear the Q hitting sound.

Tested with W, same thing. Had friend try it (they were also Ez). Same thing, tried out of a bush and had them stand in the fog of war. Same thing happens.
