[Gameplay] Nexus turret continues to play firing sound

Nothing near the Nexus, but the firing sound continued.

Not really sure how to reproduce this one. I think it was firing at a super minion when I looked away, then walked away. For the whole rest of the game, even after the tower it sounds like it was coming from had died, I heard the fully charged laser firing sound while in the area. My wife was in the same game and had it also happen to her, so it may not have been a specific thing in my client.
