reksai randomly spawned two tunnels in base

So i was playing reksai (obviously) and about 25 minutes in i was all "dam all my tunnels are dead cant ult anywhere" then i saw my tunnel counter said two. i looked all over the map and they were both going through the nexus towers, perfectly symmetrical. i didnt make em, no point in doin it imo. i REALLY tried to take a screenshot of it but i couldnt. pressed it like 20 times wouldnt take a pic. went on my desktop it worked, but in the client it wouldnt (that might be another bug idk)
