INFERNAL NASUS Q BUG SAME AS CAITLYN's OLD BASIC ATTACK MECHANIC

I already sent a ticket to the Support page and Riot member Bombadil has sent me here.

Essentially, Infernal (it could be all of his skins but this one I experienced first hand) Q procs instantly when casted.

I found this bug while playing , and the enemy was winning trades because he was able to disarm my barrel with this mechanic. I watched the replay in slow motion and I noticed my Q being casted first, however due to this bug he was able to instantly disarm my barrel with the cast of his Q.
