Can't Cast Spells. FIX THIS NOW.

Recent bug only after the newest patch: There is a 50/50 chance of me entering a game and being unable to use ANY HOTKEYS AT ALL, thus preventing me from casting spells. This is not a hardware issue, as this happens with LITERALLY NO OTHER PROGRAM. The only way I can cast spells i by holding the FUCKING WINDOWS KEY.

FIX YOUR SHIT, RIOT. I demand my most recent Twisted Treeline be removed as well because this bug happened in Ranked and I could do NOTHING to fix it. (Relogging used to fix it, but doesn't now.)
