[Gameplay] Aurelion Sol possible Flash + Ult bug

I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug or an intended gameplay feature. Honestly, I like it. It opens up a few flashy plays. I do know it upset my lane opponent in the game before the custom I had to set up to record it. Ignore the music, I forget it was playing...
