Veigar AP count

I was playing a game today where at around 36 minutes i had over 1000 AP, I died and dropped to 866. I might have had Baron Buff on but that still shouldn't account for ~150 AP. I don't know if this bug is reproducible or not but it did create quite a few laughs when I did. (played on smurf Mage on Wheels)
