Just a few of the bugs i have seen in 5.14

Below i have listed the multiple bugs i have noticed in the latest patch of 5.14 (NA Server):

-I once encountered the Red side blue buff and although it was not in combat with a champion, it only had about a third of its health.. It must have lost aggro and forgot to Regenerate health, poor thing! (Donate a penny, Save a Blue Buff)

-Launch screen of league begins to randomly scan files for a few seconds before launching. Don't know if this is a bug or if it is suppose to do this even though the latest patch was installed

-I once entered a game and my mouse stuck on ping mode. I then proceeded to type in chat by pressing enter and the client went into windowed mode (weird right?)

These are just a few of some of the bugs i have noticed in patch 5.14.. I figured i would bring them to everyone's attention. Also I'm not sure if this is was just me, but i have had some major lagging and other connection issues lately. Comment if you have felt my pain ;-;

the ping mode isn't the problem. its stuck on window mode and I cannt play with out locking my screen cuz it wont let me scroll down. only up, left and right. if I could just get it out of window mode then there woulsnt be a problem plz help!!!
