Neeko permanently at 93 hp

was playing an aram game and the enemy neeko appeared to be at 93 hp almost the entire game. Her clone was normal HP. But if i looked at the real Neeko, she would be an inch from death, take a bunch of damage, and be fine because their real HP was an unknown value
