New Client - Unable to move mastery points singly

Not sure if this has been made aware to riot or anything and yes you can use the old client but I only use the updated client and if i wanted to get one point in fury and four in sorcery it doesnt work. You always move 5 points so is there even a point in having a 30 point mastery system besides level 30?

Had the same issue, but its easily resolved. If you hover over the masteries, there is a tooltip that states to "shift click to add 1 point, click to add 5". Very obscure, but hope this solves your issue.
