Something with the last 10 percent

Something in the last 10% of the loading screen is causing failures to get into games for people. I've come to this theory because whenever I get an issue loading into a game and have to reload it only takes getting to 10% to get into the game. Also when I believe WingsofDeath had a similiar issue and for him his loading screen was stuck at 90%. So I believe that the issue arises somewhere in those last few percents that is causing this issue.

I think it shows 10% on the re-load screen because the other 9 players are already loaded into the game. This can happen even when the loading bar is at 100%. If it's happened to you at 90%, add your computer and Internet specs to the thread below, where instances of this glitch are compiled.
