New Client Bug

When queued for a match sometimes the accept and decline buttons don't fill in and are not able to be pressed. This has happened on two different occasions for me and can only be fixed by logging out and back into the client entirely. Also on a side note has anyone been experiencing an issue after they close the client with reopening it. It tells me there is still a source of league of legends running and i am forced to go into task manager to close it out. While not game breaking issues these can be rather annoying and should be looked into when time allows.
