I'm by no means a computer expert but I have no idea whats going on with my client?

Just today wanted to go play a game with gp but I notice something strange that my screen when I was loading into the match was way bigger than it usually was. The same thing happened in my game. My screen was super zoomed on my character and that I couldn't normally zoom out as much I have before this predicament and made it extermely difficult to play especially vs a Riven. Now I don't know if it has something to do with my shitty pc or if its the client but I have no idea how to fix this problem. Any chance a Rioter could shed some light on this because I have no clue whats going on or how to fix this.
